What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Liviastyles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Liviastyles is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
