1. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We currently ship within the United States only.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Total Estimated Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, with clear photos of the package and affected item(s).
