Refund policy

At LIVIASTYLES, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original condition with all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return: swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and any items marked Final Sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please contact our customer support team at contact@liviastyles.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a specific return label for our nearest processing center.

3. Return Address & Processing

All returns are processed at our US-based fulfillment and returns center:

Important Note: Please do not send returns without an RMA number, as this may delay your refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In cases of damaged goods, LIVIASTYLES will provide a pre-paid return label.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our California processing center, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@liviastyles.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
