Return and Exchange Window

  • Standard Returns & Exchanges: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Incorrect Item Received: 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Items with original packaging intact.
  • Defective or damaged products upon arrival.
  • Incorrect items sent by us.
  • Items that do not match the product description.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email contact@liviastyles.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange (e.g., "Need a different size").
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package the item, include your RMA number, and ship it to the return address provided.
Note: Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization or a valid RMA number may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, provided the item is in its original condition. To start an exchange, follow the "How to Request" steps above. Once we receive your original item, we will process and ship your replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@liviastyles.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item per this policy once it arrives.
