Refund policy

At LIVIASTYLES, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. This policy outlines our conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original condition with all original tags and labels attached.
  • In its original packaging.

Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, or any items marked as Final Sale.


2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@liviastyles.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@liviastyles.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack your item(s) and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note: We cannot accept returns sent back without prior authorization or an RMA number.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our returns center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps to return your original item for a refund, and place a new order on our website at your convenience.
