1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & DUAL PRESENCE
- Fulfillment Origin: All our product inventory is housed in and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers within the United States.
- Our Presence: LIVIASTYLES is a global brand operated by Retail Land Group LLC (our legally registered entity in Wyoming, USA). While our creative and operational headquarters are located in Bahrain, we utilize our US fulfillment centers to ensure our US customers receive their orders with maximum speed and efficiency.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Once your package leaves our US fulfillment warehouse, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking information.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer reliable shipping options for our customers in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

- Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100.00.
- For orders under $100.00, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. LIVIASTYLES is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@liviastyles.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer care team right away at contact@liviastyles.com with your order number. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
